"I thought this story was dead?"
"When is the next chapter coming out?"
YIKES! 
Okay okay, hold your horses! 
First of all, the story is, actually, NOT dead.
"Why is taking so long, then?!"
Ah. Erm. Yeah. That. Ehehehe. 
Well, it is actually a combination of several things;
1) Bla bla, real life things getting in the way, bla bla 
2) Did I mention I'm a perfectionist, and an extremely slow writer regardless? 
Oh wait... yes, I did. 
3) I... am kinda stuck. 
Chapter 10 can be described as having two halves.
The first half is the part where I'm stuck.
Okay. I'll be honest, I haven't been working on the story as much as I used to. Mainly, because of afforementioned "real life things", but also, because... I already got stuck ages ago. 
But I kept coming back, every now and again, and tried. 
Urgh, writing that first half of chapter 10 is like... walking through tar. Every step was extremely tedious and... not exactly motivating to go on. 
But now, after many applications of forehead to wall I finally have, erm... "some-thing" I can... "show" to somepony else to help me figure out how to fix that mess of disjointed bits and pieces. 
So, I could really need someone to tow me out of the tar. 
Anypony willing to help / brainstorm, send me a PM with your email adress and I'll invite you to a Google Doc with the current draft for the first half of chapter 10. 
Having been stuck in chapter 10 doesn't mean I've been idle, though.
I've made it habbit of working ahead whenever I get stuck, so I've got some stuff done for later chapters.

Well, remember the other story I was working on "off on the side" I kept mentioning for the past two years?
Granted, I kept putting that "side project" off to the side, and wrote a lot of things out of order, meaning that the early chapters will still take a while to write, but... OH MY GOD LOOK BEHIND YOU, A THREE-HEADED DISTRACTION.
A lot of stories involving the Pinkie-clones are either sad, feature a clone running away in fear for her life and with self-worth issues, or simply by-pass the situation by writing an alternate episode ending.
It got me thinking... Can the grim conclusion of "Too Many Pinkie Pies" be led towards a happy ending? 
What sort of help are you looking for, exactly?
Hmm, I think you should go around FIMFiction specifically collecting nicknames of editors, and then contacting them directly via PM. As for me, while I'm glad to help you, I have 2 serious issues in my way:
1. I'm not good at new ideas.
2. My exam period is way too close already. And I haven't prepared to it yet. And I have so much to read and memorise and ooooohhhhh...
I'm quite sure quite a lot of your followers will experience the lack-of-ideas problem, so I guess you really should search for some editors. ;)

There's a lot of stuff there already, but... that "special something" is missing.
That, and what is there feels rather ... disjointed. Like the pieces won't quite fit together smoothly.
So I was hoping for some people to look over my draft and maybe brainstorm a little what could be done about it.
Heck, sometimes just somepony asking one question can completely unblock a metaphorical river of words.

...Actually, do you mind having more than one person have access, or people who might not do any work on it having access? There's probably a higher chance I'd be able to look on it if the procedure consisted of "Open the doc and apply eyes" instead of starting with PMing you, hoping you'd log on before my time ran out, and continuing on from there.

It's totally okay if you don't have time today, tomorrow, the next couple days, etc. If you have time eventually, that would already be good enough.

Well, it's not as if the link would be posted publicly, but I quite understand why you'd not want even the leak risk of a privately-sent link.

Well, that depends on how soon you'd get the chapter out without me, but I ought to have some time at some point if it's not already sent.

If you want someone to look it over, I can give it a read. Not sure how much I can contribute but as you might remember, I can add loads of ideas with a little bit of time to think about.
