By the same standards, it also requires that there is enough of (in this case) the Pony.
There is little to no other requirements on the characterin question.

I love the good stories, the once you love reading and thus compliment and vote for.
Yet, it seems i tend to love continuing the stories where I didn't have so many votes or compliments, just as much or even more.
Is this just for the love of the story, or is it something else? I sure did enjoy the story as I created and published it, that isn't the problem.

Of course, Pinkie Pie once more pulls the balloon off of her flank.

This time she sends it off to the next friend to be, with a greeting and invitation. This ballon is incidentally blue.

Luna comes along as the scort for the girl, in order to help her find the way to Pinkie Pie.
