Off Iceland-wards

By way of preamble, have a vaguely relevant Scandinavia and the World.

The relevancy being that I'm off to Iceland myself for a few days. Please don't burn down FimFiction or any non-Icelandic historic landmarks while I'm gone, and don't let any decent drama happen while I'm unable to gawp from the sidelines. By way of fair exchange, I'll share any pretty pictures I might happen to take. Said prettiness may be impacted on by my absence of anything resembling photography skills. You get what you pay for.

I'll be taking along a new-fangled portable electronic writing device as well, and I'll have a plane journey and five days with nothing to distract me except everything in an exciting foreign country in which to employ it. With any luck, I'll have finished my entry for the Dangerous Game competition by the time I come back. That'll be something to look forward to ... maybe.

My Scumbag Brain: Hey, imagine all the constructed historical stuff you could slip smoothly into this section!

My own choice was more of an apocalyptic bent. It's got some gruesomeness, if that's any consolation.
