Are There Any Websites Similar to Fimfiction, Only for Regular Stories? · 8:48pm Jan 13th, 2015
Hey guys. Last night, while lying in bed trying to get some rest, I had one of the greatest ideas for a story. It wasn't a fanfiction, though. It was an actual story, based off my own ideas. It's something I'm pretty enthusiastic about writing, and although it won't be for a while, I'd still like to get some ideas about websites like Fimfiction, only for non-fanfiction stories. Like a simple, fun story sharing site. Does anyone have any ideas?

Fimfiction will eventually be adding that, so you might just need to wait a while
2720665 WAIT, why would they add that?! That basically ruins the purpose of fimfiction!
2720727 Apparently they are going to add a secondary site that is separate from this for general fiction. We will still have our full pony site but there will be a closely affiliated site for non-pony content. Knighty says that that was the original intent of this site from the start

I'll probably wait it off if that's the case, considering I'm used to fimfic's format and whatnot.
There's a website called Miss Literati.com. It is mostly for orginal stories, but a few fanfics pop up from time to time. I'm not sure if it's the best, but it's honestly the only one I've heard of. There's always Fanfiction.net if you get desperate though.
Fanfiction.net has an alt website just for original fiction. It's called FictionPress.
There's also www.writing.com . It has every kinds of writing from original to fanfic. Seems old but said to have a lot of users.
