Well, since the first part of the story is now finished, and Book 2 will be in the works shortly, I thought I'd try something different.
So, I've decided to open myself up to any questions you all might have regarding the story so far. 
I'll try to answer any questions you have about events in the story so far, and give you all a little insight into what was going through my head at the time (yes, even the scenes with Sweetie Belle). 
Keep in mind that I most likely wont be answering questions asking what's going to be in Book 2, since that would be pure spoiler for those that want to wait and see. 
So, ask away!

How long until the rape train stops? In other words, how many "books" will this be?

I honestly have no idea. Originally, the story was meant to be over after Twilight had gotten several mares pregnant, been cured of her curse, and settled down with some of them. However, since people seemed to like the story, and as I started to feel that the ending I had planned seemed a bit too rushed, I decided to expand on what would happen after Twilight had been cured, but still had to deal with the consequences of what happened, as well as the fact that she's now irrevocably a futa.
Chances are, this wont go past two Books, though I wouldn't totally rule it out. If I feel the story needs to progress longer, or an idea changes along the way, it may continue on. But at the moment it's not likely.
As for how long Book Two will be, it should run about as many chapters as the first one. I wont even attempt to make a guess as to word-count, since that varies widely. Give or take a couple chapters, of course.

Cause I really like Sweetie Belle's voice in the show. Scootaloo's voice just sounds a bit too old to be honest, and Applejack's accent is hard enough to write without having to do it for two characters. To put it bluntly; Why not?
Firstly, this is all fiction. None of it is real. If we tried to debate what is acceptable in fiction, what should and shouldn't be written about, we would be here all week. That said, I am firmly of the opinion that fiction is exactly that. Fictitious. And as such, it should not be treated as if it was reality. Those that like to treat fictional accounts as if they were real events, in my honest opinion, are the ones that apparently have trouble separating fantasy from reality. If we are going to cater to them, then I want to sue Steven Spielberg for genocide. Taking a director to court for mass murder because of what was in a film he made is no different than accusing any author of anything that he happens to write about in his story.
I am also a firm believer in freedom of expression. Not only that, but expression should not be limited to what is acceptable. If I want a reader to fully realize the depths of perversion a character has fallen into, I'm going to delve into the depths of perversion how I see fit, and damned the sensibilities of those that feel they are more moral than me because they just happen to not be willing to read such things.
Thirdly, it wasn't as if I kept it a carefully hidden secret that it was going to happen. Not only was it foreshadowed in (I think) the second chapter, but I stated it very clearly through out the comments that Sweetie Belle was not safe. If some people thought that I was kidding, or trying to troll my own story, then I apologize for not being blunt enough for them to understand. When I said things were going to get much worse, I wasn't joking. And they're going to continue getting worse. Now, I will say that there are something I will not write about. It's not that I don't respect someone else's interests in these things, it's just that they're not my interests, and as the author of this story, I do have the right to decide what is and isn't included in my story. There will not be any scat involved. Nor will there be any snuff. Watersports is unlikely as well. Gay scenes are highly unlikely. Bloodletting and other things I would consider 'Little Miss Rarity' material (if you don't know what I mean, look it up carefully) will not be showing up in this story. It's not that I don't like using such material, as I will write stories involving gory scenes, but they just have no place in this story.
And lastly, you also have to take into account how Twilight was seeing things at the time. She didn't see a filly when she looked at Sweetie Belle. What she saw as a young mare just old enough to bear foals. There was no consideration to decency, morals, laws, appearance, or age. It was pure biology for her. She needed to breed, Rarity was putting up too much of a fight, she had very little time to react, and there was a mare of breeding age there just for the taking. And as you could see from her actions afterwards, there was no malice at all in Twilight's actions. In fact, she was even sorry about how rough she was with Sweetie Belle. She may have lost all sense of what was acceptable, but she was far from heartless.

We will be seeing Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy in Book Two. Whether or not we will see them on the end of Twi-cock, I cant really give that away without it being a spoiler.
We likely wont be seeing much of Pinkie, however. I just cant seem to be able to write her extreme hyperactivity and off the wall actions in any way that feels realistic or in character to my satisfaction. To be honest, Pinkie is my least favorite of the Mane 6, primarily for those reasons.
While we're on the subject of who's not likely to show up, I'm afraid I'm going to have to tell everyone that Zecora wont be in this story. It's not that I have anything against her. In fact, I honestly really like the character. I just cant handle her constant rhyming. It's like if Dr. Suese wrote the lines for Yoda
I would like to have Peppermint Twist show up too (dun dun DUN), but her lisp gives me problems. Strong accents have always been an issue I've had problems with in writing. Applejack and Aloe's accents I managed to get by on (I hear plenty of hick accents where I live, unfortunately). But if I add any more accents to the story, I'm afraid I wont be able to keep up, and end up writing parts for the characters without their accents.

Side effect of the curse taking over. It was also a visual representation that her perspective on reality had become skewed. In a sense, that one eye saw nothing wrong with what she was doing, while her normal eye saw what was wrong. An outward manifestation of Twilight's internal conflict.
