Writer's Block

Having some trouble with the last half of the last chapter of Changeling No More with a little writer's block (odd because I've got the last chapter planned out). I'll try and find some time to work on it this week while I take a break from Xbox Live. I assure you I'm not dead but I'm busy with my job and other hobbies.

I started work on the final chapter of "Changeling No More" tonight. I was delayed by some problems with the site's new interface but I got around it switching from internet explorer to Chrome. I'm still a ways off from finishing it though (hopefully I can get it out before the end of 2013).

Work, playing Xbox 360 with my friends while it's still relevant, and other non-MLP internet postings such as my love of racing statistics for another site have keep me from writing more of "Changeling No More" over the last few months. I'm not done yet though. I went to work on the next chapter today. I'm sorry if the layoff effected my style any. Here's a small section from the start of the chapter...

“A funny cloud?” Thunderlane asked. “Did you have him practice that?”
“No, I didn't,” Serenity said. “He did read up on weather tactics before we started. Here’s hoping he’s got something of an idea that he knows what he is doing.”
“This is going in a different direction than I expected,” Sassaflash said. “I’ll go 4-to-1 he pulls it off.”
“I think all bets are off at this point,” Thunderlane said, watching as the green stallion did his best to position himself over the cloud bank.

My goal is to have the next chapter done before the Daytona 500 NASCAR race in February. It's time to shake off the rust.
