It's when you're called to court to be present as a jury, which is "a body of people (typically twelve in number) sworn to give a verdict in a legal case on the basis of evidence submitted to them in court". I'm no longer required by law to not talk about the case in progress. Because I didn't have to serve on the Jury and was dismissed. I still get paid for the two days they forced me to sit in a seat for six hours, though. Yay $25-$50.
