Howdy howdy! Happy holidays!
Alrighty then, first of all, 600 likes? Neat! Secondly; so I said this already in an earlier blog post, but I didn't link the story in it so many didn't see it. I had to put the story on a mini-hiatus due to school, but that's done now so yay!
Another problem I ran into though? I was halfway into the chapter when I decided to re-due a good chunk of it. I wasn't liking how wordy a certain character was being, funnily enough, so I'm doing it over. I might be able to finish it by Christmas, but I don't want to spring that kind of workload on my editor last minute so expect it in the next week instead... maybe.
In the meantime, I've completely edited Chapters One and Two, and am planning to do the same for the rest. Those two's word limits have increased by at least three hundred each, now being at about the same quality as the later chapters, so give them a look if you'd like! Re-reading is not necessary at all though, so don't worry 
Now then, in case I don't see you all again this week; please have a lovely holidays everyone!

Oh, nuts. S-sorry, didn't think about that. And I don't have backups for the first few chapters either, having only switched to gdocs around chapter five...
Lessons were learned today.
2668769 I'm pretty sure we talked about this before...with ACitM. Eh, it's fine. In the future, just remember to keep backup copies when you change dialogues and potential plot. It's probably better in the long run to do so.
I'm glad to hear that you've come back to give us more quality pony words. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles though. I was genuinely looking forward to reading the new chapter on Christmas but an adult must understand that they can't always get what they truly want for Christmas (even if they don't have to like it).

I'm still kinda hoping for a Christmas Miracle here; one that allows me to not only finish the chapter but also self-edit it to a perfect edge. It's not really realistic though, and I don't want to post what will probably be one of the most important chapters unedited... I'll still have something to read Christmas day though, if you are currently reading my latest featured story The Poisoned Barb, but that's only because I stockpiled chapters for it while writing "If you ain't..." back in November...
Whether I'll be able to do the impossible or not; have a marry Christmas now
