Phineas Malfoy is proof.

...of what, you may ask? Of a change coming to the Malfoy bloodline. Draco was a mean person and all that stuff, but even when he was ordered to kill Dumbldore [yes I know that's spelled wrong] , when he had the chance to kill him and get away unscathed... he didn't do it. I believe he couldn't do it. and that choice, aware of it or not, is what made him different than his own father. that one little spark of light.

And now, Phineas Malfoy, son of Draco Malfoy, is showing that the small spark has been passed down, and is shining brighter than it did in Draco.
