The title?
Protean:Masks and Memories
The descritpion:Tidal Rider and Fire Heart are two brothers growing peacefully in the outskirts of Las Pegasus.
Or so it seems...
When Tidal starts having extremely realistic dreams how will he be able to distinguish dream from reality? What are those whispers Fire Heart keeps hearing in his mind, and why can't anyone else hear them? Who is calling them and what awaits the two brothers?
One thing is certain: all masks eventually fall, all truths eventually surface, and all lies eventually fall...
Or do they?

Seems kinda like you're going the wrong direction by starting something, then going back and making a direct prequel. And no, doing this is NOT like making The Hobbit after Lord of the Rings, as LOTR happens many years after The Hobbit.
Just my opinion, though. It would be infinitely unforgivable and ultimately stupid if the events Tidal Rider sees are those of the King, and if Fire Heart (Is that a reference to Fable?) hears the Hive despite a. not being a Changeling, b. never meeting a Changeling, or c. not knowing he's a Changeling.
Once again, just my opinion.
2630748 Here's how it went. When i started that sory the idea was rushed and in general I didn't develop the background of the world enough. I ultimately decided to do this because going by the same premise didn't exactly fit.
And no Tidal isnt dreaming himself as a King and Fire Heart ((i dont know if the person owning the OC made it as a reference)) doesn't exactly hear the changeling hive mind. In fact it doesn't even exist in this story. At least not in the way you think of it.
