When I started The Lyruminati, I didn't think I could get past six chapters. And now, here we are, at the blog post accompanying chapter eight. Still, there isn't much to write in the story onward, at least I don't have it. Two chapters and that's it. One very short one that will serve as a "final", and a maybe longer "epilogue", that would throw ties to a possible sequel.
Yes, you read right. A sequel. An idea popped into my mind, combining a couple silly ideas and weird OC's with established caharcters into a storyline. While fleshing the story and how things might turn out, I realized the tone will shift somewhat and I'd need to change the format a bit.
Who knows, S5 might bring more inspiration, so while The Lyruminati will be marked as complete, there is a distinct possibility some more "time-jumping" chapters will appear.
The sabertooth pony fic is coming along well too. The first chapter is written (still needs polishing, I realized I suck at describing fights even more than "normal" descriptions) and ideas flow for chapters following. There are even a few that I'll possibly write as "sorta non-canon". I have a feeling that I could release it in the first half of december, once I have the cover art ready along with the first chapters (unless I decide to wait until I have another chapter ready, because the first one isn't all that long).
