The number one request for "If you ain't...", the absolutely number one request... is for a Fluttershy rant.

THAT WAS FROM LAST CHAPTER
WHERE SHE ADMITS THAT SHE HASN'T BEEN TALKED TO YET LIKE EVERYPONY ELSE HAS; NOT TRULY
Fluttershy hasn't gotten her rant yet, guys! She hasn't! The lovely booty comment she received was from a PASSING BY Mac. The time frame for the moment was between him leaving Pinkie Pie thinking and making Rainbow Dash cry. From his dialogue and other's reaction, I intended for the reader to be able to mentally piece together what Mac's actions were.
Here's his timeline spelled out. SPOILERS:
-First he's surprised by Applejack running off, and by his talkative nature.
-Next he talks to his Granny, only afterwards realizing what the poison joke has done to him, but not completely. He gains the itch to talk to ponies, thus he begins to wander into town.
-Thirdly he bumps into Pinkie Pie and talks to her. He starts getting frustrated by his problem, but is unable to return home. He NEEDS to talk to ponies.
-Fourthly he get's yelled at by Rainbow Dash, causing him to rant right back. She leaves crying, he frantically heads to the park. His mind is now a complete mess as he tries to figure out what to do.
-Fifthly, he crosses paths with Fluttershy and tells her, in passing, that she has a nice flank, in reply to her "Good morning!" Fluttershy then flies off embarrassed while Mac continues to head to the park.
-Sixthly, and lastly for now, Big Mac enters the part and attempts to avoid hurting ponies by talking about the weather or various other random junk. This doesn't work, leading to the events of that chapter.
FLUTTERSHY NOT HAVING BEEN RANTED IS A PLOT POINT, ONE THAT WILL BE FINALLY ADRESSED NEXT CHAPTER, Thanks to the fact that it has finally been revealed that Big Mac DOES know the full story of the Flutterbat fiasco, as opposed to just having heard it secondhoof from a bias Applejack.
I hope this alleviated some of your concerns 
... Oh, and I'm still sticking to my guns about this story NOT receiving a dark tag. Giving it one would make some of the stuff I've foreshadowed, concerning the impending "chat" with Applejack, seem very sick and twisted. I don't even want to THINK what people would guess the ending would be if it had such a tag

At least there every chapter update didn't result in ten people deciding that the story was now crap and thus deserving the revocation of their previous upvotes. One moment I think I've written something that people enjoyed like I did with that simple HiE... then next I regret having ever written it in the first place.
Fuck Slice of Life; I'm sticking to adventure, comedy, dark, or any combination of the three for now on
... Except for that secret project. That one can stay for now...
2567367 It's a good thing you have readers who know what you're writing. Experienced readers, who've been around long enough to see others rise to fame. Not everything has to be dark, it's far better when it's not at times.
2567390 Forget that. If you want to write Slice-of-Life, that's your prerogative. You've done it well. I'm going to be checking out the new update tomorrow, I'll look over what your average audience is saying. There's a lot a person can do without ever needing a dark tag...you've never even encroached the bare minimum. It's just Big MacIntosh pointing out the logical flaws present with the characters from a human perspective, there's nothing dark about that. (Unless it's your rather idiotic headcanon that humans are taking over his brain...but that's stupid and there's no evidence for such a thing)

I know a lot of people are enjoying it the way it is, and we only have five chapters left so nothing can really alter the story anymore, but every comment on this latest one is just sapping my strength tonight. Rarely is it constructive criticism, mostly things like "My opinion of this has dropped now due to these last few chapters" or "Get the Fuck off your soup-box." I feel like I'm forcing myself to write this next chapter instead of actually wanting people to read it... I'm a freaking wreck right now and it's bothering me more then it should...
I, my good sir, am enjoying this tale, so keep it up. Oh, and to remind you of a famous saying by William Shakespeare..... "Haters gonna hate!" Just take their criticism with a grain of salt.... if politics taught me anything, it's that the angriest people get the most coverage, while those who have favorable opinions don't get noticed as often.

He got popular because he has decent writing skills and has been writing about Nyx from Past Sins for years, but he is such an asshole that Pen Stroke refuses to acknowledge his work. He is one of the very few people on this site I will strait up try to piss off because he is such a complete and total douchebag, so I strongly recommend adding him to your block list and not reading anything he writes like I do. Besides, the upvote to downvote ratio on those comments should make it abundantly clear that most people do not agree with him (and I did not even bother reading them) so you should feel free to ignore his comments like I do.
