This would all depend on context and the person who's viewing it but nowadays (for me anyways) those that say any of those except 3 could be a troll.
That number 3 tells me that perhaps someone could be depressed but of course since there are tone of voices, there's no concrete way to tell save for continuous conversation.
Number 3 just strikes me as someone who is extremely self conscious

Personally I would claim number 3 as being true for myself, though hopefully deny the other four.
