So my friends and I are planning a DnD-genre game, and my mother seemed interested so I invited her to make a character, and this is the backstory I got:

Zecora goes traveling with Dr. Who and ends up in middle earth.

Shifting between universes changes Zecora into an elf and she marries Legolas.

They have a kid, who marries a halfbreed elf/goblin and they have a 'my mother's character.'

There's an earth pony mare I've been planning on bringing into Limits of Mercy for over a year now, but was never able to come up with a good name; I just knew it was something like Mira or Moira or Myrrh or mirage or something. This morning I found a special tree in India with very sweet seeds and flowers used to replace sugar, make jams and alcohol etc and with medicinal properties too, but there's about 5 different ways to say the name:

Mowrah

Mahua

Mahuwa

Mahula

To anyone who tried accessing me yesterday and found me blocked: I put a similar post on about a dozen groups yesterday about the TOC, and that got me a 24 hour ban under the spam law of posting the same thing in "many" different sites.

I apologize.

I’d promised to restart the TOC on the 1st of November; but wasn’t able to because of my health. Since then I’ve been trying to come up with some rousing speech to start things off with a bang; but the truth is, I’m just tired.

Yesterday my dad went in to have four of his neck vertebrae fused. They only managed to fuse three of them meaning he will probably need another surgery sometime in the future. He’s been in an out of hospital for years now and we’re both tired of it.

Pretty much every game based on a book seems to have gone so far off the original plot to add extra fights, puzzles etc, that it's basically something else all together.

Lord of the Rings Return of the King for example: most of the game is added fight sequences like beating the army of the dead into submission as Aragorn or fighting through a labyrinth of dozens of giant spiders as Sam before you can fight Shelob.

I liked the first 2 seasons, dragged my way through season 3 and stopped watching the series after they made Twilight an alicorn and that absolutely terrible EQ girls movie. I've flipped back in for occasional episodes like season finales but almost always got annoyed and stopped watching again soon after. I decided to watch Stranger Than Fiction and I actually really liked it!

So I'm still thinking about the Yako Mamma idea and the snag I'm hitting on is that snakes like this are only known in the equator rain forests, keeping one would obviously require a very advanced civilization, and there never have been any great civilizations in the Amazon or the Congo.
