The craziest idea anyone has ever had ever · 2:20pm Sep 23rd, 2014
365 stories.
365 authors.
365 days.
So here's how it would go:
The first person would write a story and publish it on January The First. Then the second person would write and publish by Jaunary The Second. This would go on until December The Thirty-First. And if everything went smoothly, 365 stories would have been published, one story a day.
These stories would all have a prompt in common that they would base their stories off of: 365. 365 ribbons, 365 puppies, 365 of something.
Would Fimfiction be able to do it?
I don't know but it'd be hella cool if we could.
i would volunteer for that, should we actually try this or are you just brainstorming crazy ideas?
That sounds awesome! Is there a group for that? There should be a group for that.
2476968 I would love to try it, if we can gather 365 people.
2476977 i know about 3 people on this site that might do it if i ask them. we could start small with 30ish people and just do a month, then work our way up to two onths, then 3 and so on until a year if it gets enough attention.
2476987 Maybe, maybe.
2476977

Oh... Crap. I joined the group, but I'm stuck in Writing Hell. What do I do?
2477462 Leave the group. Or get past your Writing Hell.
2477463
Okay then.
Sign me up!
...holy shit. Hon, FIMFiction would probably break.
Shop around with other big namers, like Rainbowbob and Canterlotguardian. They're into this kinda shenaginry and the'd be able to help promote it to recruit those 365 authors.
Also, sign me up.
January 1 is now looming, like an iceberg coming out of the fog. If we want to do this we need to get organized.
2675038 Thing is, we have a grand total of 20 people on our side. I honestly think this might be impossible.
