I've been working on this a while. The last chapter for "And Then Rainbow Dash Was a Colt," and Ten Other Really Awkward Stories, was short, eve though I was happy with it. So I waited until I had a sequel to submit it. believe you will be able to read the sequel even though its submission hasn't been accepted yet. It is complete and of much higher quality and complete with much, much Apple/Dash. That said it is a fair bit more serious.

Chapter outlines
1) Rainbow crashes into AJ working the farm, AJ confused dash is colt, AJ awkward and slightly turned on/confused. AJ exasperates, Dash is confused, AJ has to explain differences between fillies and colts but is to embarrassed to explain that’s where foals come from, Dash becomes embarrassed/enamored with self (hint at for later chapters), AJ offers to seek twilights help Dash is grateful leads to awkward hug AJ gay for dash but not colt dash. 2) AJ heads to twilights to seek help for dash who refuses to go out in public. Has to explain to twilight, twilight seeks too much information as she finds the idea of a colt dash… exciting but not confusing. Title: And then Twilight became, Curious…
3) While Rainbow is staying at AJ’s, AJ is approached by Big Mac who confesses his attraction to Rainbow and is wondering if it would be ok to talk to her while she is feeling ill or if he should wait. AJ Likes normal Dash, not colt, but wants to encourage Big Mac and be a supportive sister. At the same time She knows Big mac is unaware of situation and finds his description awkward (thinking about colt dash = enjoyable but awkward when thinking about mare dash). She encourages Big Mac to wait until dash is doing better. Title: And then Big Macintosh confused Applejack.
4) Rainbow Dash needs to go back to work, she can only have so many sick days and also does not want to leave the weather crew hangin. Asks AJ to ask Rarity to make an outfit that will hide her stallionosity (not just genitals but square face to). AJ goes but Rarity insists that she has to get measurements to make sure everything fits ‘comfortably’. Awkwardness comes from Rarity being a professional but Rainbow becoming ‘confused’ at the situation, and AJ peeking (whole thing from AJ’s perspective while hiding in the hay). Twilight is there, watching, and comes up with idea for outfit of weighted training suit. Dash likes the idea but does not realize Rarity is making an actual weighted suit for training. Title: And then Stallionosity was Mandatory.
5) Rainbow gets weighted suit, which leads to awkward dash liking snug fits and worrying AJ. Pinky Pie sees dash traveling around town, and not having seen dash in a while tries to hang out. Discovers dash is a colt, Dash is embarrassed but this gets worse when pinky becomes a little to accepting. While fleeing Dash literally runs in to flutershy which leads to awkwardness as well it’s Fluttershy and dash is now a colt. Fluttershy offers to hide dash, Fluttershy lets dash know that she will always ‘be there’ for her and basically suggests that she has always been into dash but this goes over dashes head as Fluttershy is very vague. After a while dash leaves. Title: And Then Pinky Wanted to have fun, but Fluttershy is good at hiding.
6) Derpy delivers the mail to the farm, sees AJ and Twilight head into the barn and follows thinking she will deliver two houses of mail in one go. When she appears she sees AJ Dash and Twilight, with a very ‘pronounced’ Dash. Derpy doesn’t notice until her lazy eye drifts between dash’s legs, the others realize she noticed when mouth opens to drop the mail because derpy never drops the mail. Twilight and AJ insist that it’s not what it looks like but Derpy insists it is. Dash somehow got changed into a colt, which is why she is not around town, Dash is at AJ’s because AJ is helping dash until twilight can find a cure. Others are a bit stunned at her understanding and she leaves with the promise of secrecy and possibly a flirt. AJ and Twilight then confront Dash about what she was doing before they got there Dash confesses she like to look at it and when she does it gets bigger which is fascinating. 7) Twilight is partially stumped but realizes a ritual with alchemical components might be involved so she approaches zecora. Zecora agrees to help but needs to assess dashes ‘condition’. Implied interest, leading to awkwardness with both dash and zecora. Zecora stumbles upon dash’s lack of understanding as to the purpose of the difference between fillies and colts (aka AJ did not explain well in chapter 1) It is implied that zecora teaches him while she examines dash but Zecora uses dash to become pregnant (this is not communicated to reader but might have a few vague hints we might explain this as done this way to make it eqd friendly but then we recant in later chapter), Zecora thus introduces dash to sex (reader is unaware as to the degree of explination). Title: And Then Zecora dashed.
8) The CMC visit Dash on the farm because they are worried they made dash sick. Find out Dash is now a colt. Scootaloo doesn’t mind but none of the CMC know the differences between colts and fillies, Dash (in her infinite wisdom) explains the differences to the CMC (this is the awkward part). Title: And Then the CMC did it.
9) Scoot goes to Twilight to A) trying to figure out what dash was talking about and B) try and find out what happened to dash to see if it’s her fault and accidently confesses this somehow links with chapter ten. Title: And Then Scootaloo was in it, Deep.
10) It’s scoots fault; Twilight and zecora have to figure out each thing done wrong but cmc are embarrassed and do not tell whole or accurate story. Meanwhile Dash keeps changing, because twilight/zecora practices on a homunculus but accidently uses a component that should not be used in multiple spells on the homunculus. CMC cast multiple spells wrong thus the counters have to be applied multiple times differently. Dash keeps being effected especially when zecora and twilight have fun at the homunculus’ expense.
While teaching Twilight about homunculi she shows twilight a lot of tricks, like changing pony types (earth, pegasus, unicorn, zebra, even Alicorn and seas pony. Mac see’s ‘lights’ and investigates, sees unconscious Mare Dash and tries to help but Dash turns into colt dash again and terrifies big mac somehow). How to change color of coat and mane, and gender (thus fixing the problem unbenonced to Zecora and twilight (One wrong couterspell leads to futa dash. One counterspell causes original to work appropriately but with male dash. (wrong spell, wrong components, misunderstanding language term love is relationship as opposed to romantic, speaks wrong, Sweetie Bell miscasts, not enough magic. Big mac see’s this going on and freeks out. Title: And then Big Macintosh was Gay.
11) Final scene big mac and caramel trot off into the sunset, romantically. Luna closes scrying book “And that’s how you turn a straight colt ghey sister, I believe you owe me 1 week of moon duties” “I believe that is pronounce gay sister now unless you grew particularly fond of the moon over the past thousand years I suggest you fix this… NOW” (discord also lost a bet with luna so she gets free pass next time he gets out)
12) Incredably awkward bonus story between Celestia and Twilight Implied that it is heading to clopping but it never goes there. Title: And then Twilight and Celestia Eleventyone
13) # months later years later. Pinky has surprise but never showed pregnancy, pinky knew of course but never told anyone. Throws a surprise “Surprise” party. Pointed out that the pregnancy should have taken longer which is where Pinky explains that’s why she called her surprise. Rainbow Dash is approached by several mares from town about pregnancy. (spitfire triplets one of each, berry punch, carrot top, ditzy (not derpy they are sisters), Pinky gets a letter from her sisters Inky and Blinky separately but at the same time saying they need to speak to dash (insert dash and pie family jokes). Trixie depressed in the woods, Gilda, Cheeralee, Caramel Apple (not caramel but his sister caramel), Flur De Le, Lotus, Sapphire Shores. Remember Ten Seconds Flat (Rainbow totally misses the point), Bon Bon and Lyra, Scratch not Octavia she just didn’t get pregnant (birth Control, even though she is gay? Thinks Scratch). Nurse Redheart. Tendertheart confronting Dash, Dash didn’t know because Applejack was too embarrassed to explain things properly the first time. Zecora became pregnant on purpose and when she taught Dash about sex We now clarify that by ‘EQD friendly’ in chapter 6 we meant zecora and dash had sex. Zecora did not let Dash know about pregnancy or how to prevent it. Title: And Then a Surprise Surprise Party

-AJ likes how filly dash looks but is not interested in relationship with her, really likes how colt dash looks but has a colt phobia for not family members.
-Pinky immediately wants colt dash
-Fluttershy just wants Dash, no real gender preference.
-Twilight has been researching romance, literally. but only finds male female relationship references and she cant find colts she likes, she does find mares attractive and decides colt dash is a perfect solution.
-Big mac wants filly dash, is clueless. Becomes scared when confronts here but see’s gender/race wooogiwoogi.
-Caremel is gay, wants big mac but knows big mac is straight. When he finds big mac freeked out about rainbow dash he plays it cool talking about how stallions are better anyway.
-Zecora wants a kid, but the stallions in town are afraid of her. She uses dash to get pregnant but that is revealed in chap 12+

-Scootaloo wanted a male dash to seduce (does not know about sex and thus seduction means kisses and snuggles) convinces cmc to try for magic cutie mark/help scoot. Scoot feels bad at trouble caused to dash.
-Applebloom and Sweatie want cutie marks. That’s their only motivation until they negatively effect others.
