    Opportunity Bonus Chapter

Just a little update, in case people don't get the notification for some reason or another.

I've just released a little bonus chapter for My battery is low, and it's getting dark on account of the story's fifth anniversary.

Writing, Art, Game Development and other things

I’m really terrible at keeping everyone updated, aren’t I? I’m always so inconsistent with writing blog posts like these. Maybe that can be my belated New Year’s resolution. So, I’ve got a couple of things here.

    Who wants a free game?

So, if any of you can remember back to the distant past of early 2022, you might remember a blog post of mine where I announced the fact that was going self-employed as an indie game developer. (Because if I'm gonna work for idiots all my life, that idiot might as well be me.)

    The Big Announcement

First of all, Happy New Year to all of you, and I hope you have some time for me, because this blog will be a rather lengthy one. So get a beverage of your choice and sit back while you read this. There’s a few things that I want to cover here.

The Strongest Little Sister and the Dragon of Dragons! · 6:02pm Sep 19th, 2014

Seeing that the next chapter will be the final one of Ponyville DxD (epilogue notwithstanding), this seems to be the right time to post this question:

Who do you think will win?

In your opinion, who do you think was the better King, strategist and leader?
Was it Rias Gremory, the Crimson-haired Ruin Princess?

Or was it Princess Luna, co-ruler of Equestria and former Nightmare?

Who will turn out to be the stronger dragon?
Hyoudou Issei, the Red Dragon Emperor and wielder of the Boosted Gear?

Or is the Sacred Gear inferior to the real thing, and Spike, number 1 assistant and son of the Dragon King Tannin, deserves the victory?

Obviously I've already decided who the winners will be. But I'm curious, now that you've read all that has happened, from the teams meeting the first time, over their ways to train, all the way through a hard-fought Rating Game, what all of you think. Who do you think will win this thing?

Team Gremory all the way.

Team Luna
I just see Luna's magic being more potent and adaptable then Gremory. And I mean Luna has fought in wars and been alive for thousands of years her experience just eclipse hers greatly. I am also sure physical Luna would be stronger then Rias as well. So I see it as Luna's win all the way.

I have to say Spike would win his fight even though it would be close. Spike being a true dragon would have a HUGE difference in strength and resistance to damage. Issei is strong sure but just the base states gives Spike a advantage (and that is not counting his mutation piece which is the thing that makes Issei so strong.) We have seen Spike's power with his fire during the games and that is when he was very weak so just think what scale he could do now. Another difference is their reason to fight. Issei sure want to fight for his mater but this isn't like the other matches this is a friendly match, whereas Spike is trying to prove something to everyone including himself that he has changed and can protect what is important to him. So I give what is Issei's biggest strength (heart) to Spike this match since he has alot more to lose then Issei does.

These are more ideas at least.

Between Rias and Luna, I would say Rias would win because teleportation is outlawed...unless Luna's mist form doesn't qualify as teleportation. If it doesn't, then Luna will win because both of them are skilled enough to turn it into a battle of attrition, and Luna has more experience with goading her opponent in order to make them make mistakes. Emotionally, Rias is still a high school girl, after all.

In the fight between Spike and Issei, it is again an attrition match, but of a different sort. Both will be drawing on their rage to power their dragon strength, but whereas Issei knows intellectually and emotionally that his teammates are okay, Spike only knows it intellectually, and he could very easily slip into a blood rage if Issei says the wrong thing during the fight. If Issei limits himself to using the powers of the Red Dragon - which Rias probably insists on, as the White Dragon powers he stole drains his life force to use and this is not a serious life-or-death battle - then they are about even, as Issei can't maintain the higher level of boosting long without strong emotional motivation, which he won't have here. Spike, on the other hand, has a stable power level with boosting from emotional energy. Spike's stable level is higher than Issei's unboosted level, so I think the fight may end in Spike's favor, simply because he will have more rage available to draw on...unless Rias offers Issei something perverted as a victory prize.

2467841 same thought about spike vs. Issei, spike unless Issei is given "incentive" and rias because she is almost as crazy as me .............:pinkiehappy:
