As the story is right now I don't think that it needs an AU tag. True there is no mention of Twilight having past romantic relationships, but the show does not say that she couldn't have.
As far as titles go might I suggest something related to romance. "Old Friends" works but Twilight and Blueblood were more than friends.
I don't think this story needs an AU tag. IT seems like it can fit into the general story of this universe. As for my opinion of this story. I love it. I would love to read more chapters. There isn't many stories with Blue and Twilight in it.
