Small Sharing the Night 'Omake' · 11:32am Sep 8th, 2014
Wikipedia says:
Omake (御負け?, usually written おまけ) means extra in Japanese. Its primary meaning is general and widespread. It is used as an anime and manga fandom term to mean "extra or bonus".[1] In the USA, the term is most often used in a narrow sense by anime fans to describe special features on DVD releases: deleted scenes, interviews with the actors, "the making of" documentary clips, outtakes, amusing bloopers, and so forth.
So, SilentBelle, the author of Scion of Chaos and its sequel(s), had the audacity to call out all the readers of his prose-only ice bucket challenge to do a similar thing with their own characters.
So I did.
It's just shy of 1,000 words and can be found in the comments of SilentBelle's ice bucket challenge vignette. (Warning: It's unproofread and a bit silly.)
Is it intended that the link at the bottom point to SilentBelle's story?

Yes, it's in the comments there. I guess I could link directly to the comment, if that would help.
That was beautiful.

I concur. Perfect set up and delivery.
It isn't silly!:) It is great...
Omake? Those are always fun.
Back when I read webcomics, Megatokyo always did that every few chapters. It's always fun seeing the characters you know in a setting outside of the main plot.
The cold never bothered her anyway~
You should do more little shorts like this.
You should probably copy-paste that into an actual chapter under your stories somewhere (either attached to Sharing the Night or as a separate story in the same universe). It was good enough.
