As a progress update, I got... less than I intended done for Reflection 23. It's currently sitting at 2.5k words, although it went through a rewrite of roughly 3/5's of that. Part of that stems from Frost returning to his roots, so to speak, but at the same time he's a completely different beast. He's older and a bit more experienced, so I'm trying to reflect that... heh, reflect, so not intended.
In other news, basically been up to the usual on the side. Lots of gaming while interning at an ophthalmologist office doing clerical work. Definitely still keeping up with World of Tanks. My ELC AMX continues to perform admirably, and I'm currently also plumbing the Chinese light tank line with the 59-16. Also managed to pick up a KV-5 which is always a blast to play, the FCM 50 t which... admittedly takes some effort to do good with, and the S35 CA which wrecks face. All hail the Wrathtub!
Other games? Well, I've been getting back into PlanetSide 2 with a close friend of mine, and I'm still keeping up with Warframe. I've also been getting into Payday 2 with a close circle of friends as well.
No mailbox question this week, although this time I have a couple questions for you. First, I would like to reiterate something I posed at an earlier date, namely whether or not to change TLS' rating to Mature- Gore or keep it where it is at Teen- Gore. Do you feel such a change would be more appropriate? Note that if a change does happen, I'll be posting it in a blog and in the next installment's author's notes in case you guys have to change your view settings for FimFic as a whole.
Second, and I'm a bit embarrassed to ask this, but do you guys think I should submit this to Equestria Daily? They've reopened submissions for FoE sidefics, and I'm sort of on the fence on whether or not to go for it.
And one last thing before I go, as usual. Enjoy a sign of things to come.

I think this story is definitely good enough to submit to EQD. It's my favorite FoE sidefic, in fact, this story was actually the reason I made an account on Fimfiction just so I could check to see if it updated easier.
You might want to have someone, probably not yourself since you have so much you're doing, comb through the earlier chapters for errors and inconsistencies. One thing I noticed was that when Frost is doing that mindscape walk where he sees everyone he's killed, the first things he kills are not the changelings he kills during the Canterlot invasion. Are the bugs not worthy of that walk of shame, or was this an oversight?
I have no idea about the teen/mature rating thing. That distinction confuses all of us I think.
Anyways, you're an awesome person and you should feel awesome. No matter what you choose to do remember you'll always have a loyal reader in me.
Just go for it, Adder. I too have been on the fence ever since that announcement, mostly due to fear of backlash from members of the FoE community that don't feel I deserve my own post on EQD because x story is more deserving. Seeing that you're faced with the same conundrum emboldens me to go forward with it, and I suggest you do the same. I'll talk to Frostybutt too and see if I can get him to join in.
Go for it! If two of my shitty tales can make it, I have no doubts TLS can make it. The worst they can do is either say "no" or just kick it back without explaining why.
Though if you do submit to EqD I believe you have to keep it Teen-rated as I don't think they allow Mature stuff.Well bugger, I just checked and they say they don't allow X-rated stuff, which allows wiggle room. I'd still keep it Teen personally.But yeah just go for it!
