250 Million Years ago:
* The Gigamoth is born from the Earth's Mana stream.
* Permian-Triassic event occurs, wiping out most life in the process.
650 Million Years ago:
* K-T Event occurs, causing a mass extinction with only certain dinosaurs surviving, including a few Godzillasaurus Majoris and two Godzillasaurus Minorium.
* King Ghidorah is birthed from Dark Mana.
350-800 BC
* The civilizations of Mu, Lemuria, Seatopia, Atlantis and Nilal Kunai are established.
* King Ghidorah destroys the civilizations of Nilal Kunai, Lemuria, Mu and Seatopia before being defeated and imprisoned by the Gigamoth who transfers her task of defending Earth itself to her son Battra and the task of protecting the Earth's inhabitants goes to Mothra, her daughter.
* Atlantis creates a weather controlling device, greatly angering Battra who destroys it before fighting and being sealed away by Mothra.
1300 AD
* King Seesar is found by the Azumi clan on Okinawa. He then becomes Okinawa's protector.
* The Legend of Gojira begins on Odo Island.
1945 AD
* One of the Godzillasaurs on Lagos Island is nearly killed by US artillery during WWII and left for dead.
1954 AD
* Hydrogen Bomb testings in the South Pacific mutate the Godzillasaurus into Godzilla (or "Gojira" by the Odo Island natives after the creature of legend). Godzilla then proceeds to attack any ships passing by his territory.
* Godzilla makes his first appearance on Odo Island while it is being studied by Dr. Kyohei Yamane.
* Depth Charges are used in an attempt to kill Godzilla but to no avail.
* Godzilla attacks Tokyo Harbor, killing hundreds in the process.
* Godzilla attacks Tokyo inland, killing thousands, wounding millions and leaving the city in shambles. This event is called "Godzilla Dawn" or "G-Dawn".
* Godzilla is seemingly killed by a weapon called the Oxygen Destroyer.
1956 AD
* Three new Kaiju (dubbed Hokmuto, Femuto and Shinomura) appear.
* Godzilla reappears before fighting and killing Shinomura on Moansta Island.
1967 AD
* Anguirus appears in Saigon during the Vietnam War.
* An underground test in the Phillipines awakens a G-Minorium named Zilla.
1973
* Rodan appears in Yokohoma.
1975
* A major Kaiju outbreak occurs in Ghana, Africa. First appearances of Hedorah, Megalon, Titanosaurus, Gorosaurus, Varan, Manda, Baragon, Kamacuras, Kumonga, Ganimes, Gezora and Kamoebas. Mothra reappears for the first time.
1985
* Erika Shiragami dies due to pneumonia. In grief, her father mixes her cells with that of a rose and Godzilla cells creating a hybrid called Biollante.
* Godzilla fights and kills Biollante before her cells drift off into space and interact with a crystalline entity.
* 1987
* MechaGodzilla is deployed to fight Godzilla in Bombay, India; SpaceGodzilla arrives shortly before being driven off. MechaGodzilla I is destroyed in the conflict.
1989
* Gigan is created and goes rogue.
* G-Force is established.
1994
* Battra reawakens and fights Mothra and Godzilla in Hokkaido; Battra joins Mothra on Infant Island.
1998
* Zilla attacks New York. Hundreds are dead and thousands are wounded.
2004-present
* Godzilla battles and kills both Hokmuto and Femuto in San Francisco
* MechaGodzilla II is built.
* King Ghidorah and Monster X awaken in Tibet.
* Kaiju such as Megaguirus, Destoroyah and more appear all over the world.
* Dogora appears in The British Isles before being destroyed in London by bee venom, marking the first and, so far, only victory against a Kaiju.
* Human Kaiju War begins.
Has a few typos that made a few sentences a tad confusing, but a good timeline nonetheless, cleared up a few confusing points
If Zilla is part of this universe, then is Zilla Jr also part of it?

I'm not noticing the Megalon summoning. No Megalon or Jet Jaguar?
3252778 Megalon is in this universe as is Jet Jaguar. He just hasn't shown up yet.
3253822 Awesome. Godzilla vs. Megalon was one of my favorites. Plus, the humans having an ally that can communicate with the kaiju is probably a good thing.
