May I present a little story called The Sum of Her Parts that deserves far more popularity than the pitiful attention it currently is experiencing. I've tagged it with my story Sunsets Over a Gala because it's very much a Dielestia, and I'm sure many of you who enjoyed my story would like this one as well.
The romance hasn't developed beyond past hints of a crush yet, but the writing is incredible, and the way the writer presents the awkward feelings that exist between the two is amazing. There's no inner monologues downright saying there might be feelings or that there's no way I could love blah blah blah. The way this author presents this romance feels natural.
The story also serves as a very unique origin story of Discord, Celestia, and Luna that has some very interesting elements. If you're looking for a different take on the history of Equestria or just want to see some unusual head-canon, I would definitely recommend.
Anyways, The Sum of Her Parts, go read it. It's better than the Microsoft E3 presentation! Petition for a Rise of Nightmare port to an actual gaming platform.
