So, I mentioned this in my authors note, but I have no idea how many people actually read those, (what do you mean, they're mostly pointless? I don't ramble!) so I though I'd try out the nifty 'tagged story' feature on these blogs.

Actually, when I'm done with this story, I might put together a proper Epub for it, with a real table-of-contents and cover and everything. It shouldn't be too hard.

I don't know if it's different for Android, but for iOS, Fimfiction's .epub converter thing is so broken it's not even funny. Pretty much any sort of formatting will break it.

One of the stories I kinda wanted to read, Rise of the Elements has this problem. After that line in the first chapter, The whole next paragraph is missing, before it continues with the story, and it does the same thing every time one of those breaks is added. I got halfway through the chapter before I realized what was wrong.

The horizontal rule? Yeah, those break it for me too, except the entire chapter just ends for me and there's an error message at the beginning of the chapter. I've found that taking the link from the "download as HTML" button and giving it to an HTML to ePub converter gets around most of these problems, though we still lose the authors notes.

If you've got a computer, I bet Calibre's regex tool would clean it up in a jiffy. Although J's idea might be easier.
Calibre's a great tool anyways; I'd use that and Sigil if I got serious about making an epub. I've considered offering to do others stories, as well; I know of at least one that uses pictures heavily, and would benefit from a decent epub. One more project for the shelf.

Sorry about that, the site has changed it's policy with unpublished stories since I posted that. Personally, I think the direction they're going is a bit... well, it's not my site. :/
Anyways, try again; it should ask for a password. Use 'extras', without the quotes, and it should let you in.
The picture in the final chapter is a dead link now.
Loved the story have not read something that gripping in a while.
