Five things? Hmm.
1. I have a strange and deep obsession with military things. Technology, tactics, history, grim accounts, etc. The art and science of War is just deeply fascinating to me, and it astounds me how much ingenuity has gone into killing each other. Blood grooves, for instance, would you have thought them up?
2. I love Metal music, if that hasn't become clear and apparent lately. Thrash, Speed, Power, and Symphonic, mainly. But I have a soft spot in my heart for Country music, Bluegrass, Classic Rock, Techno/Electronic, and Classical Orchestra. But Rap and Reggaton both need to die horrible, painful deaths.
3. I joke about having a copy of Pinkie Pie in my head, but it's not really a joke. *Whimper*
4. I've lived in Florida all of my life, and frankly I prefer heat and humidity to cold and snow. Seriously, frozen water falling from the sky? That's freakin' unnatural.
5. I'm a political conservative. Surprisingly, I don't eat babies, I don't go out of my way to run over homeless people, and I don't want to exterminate homosexuals.

1. First MLP fanfiction read.
Hard to remember that far. Have to go with "Ah Ain't Got No Ack-cent!" by Connor Cogwork. Lovely story that really helped me want to read and write more.
2. First Episode you saw if you didn't start with Ep1. If you did what were your first impressions?
"Dragonshy", because my friend who'd started watching MLPFIM wanted me to see the A-Team-like scene where they're getting ready, and I was genuinely surprised at the quality and characterization, and ended up watching the whole episode. Then I watched another. And then I went through all of Season 1 in two nights.
3. Have you told any others?
Only on the Internet.
4. Favorite type of fan fics?
Epic action, comedy, and yes, anything involving humans and ponies.
5. Least favorite type of fan fics?
Gore, sex, "Dark" where they just do their best to inflict horror upon horror at the little ponies with no respite.
6. Ever eaten horse flesh?
Hell no.
7. Preferred songs about or inspired by this fandom?
Hmmm, have to say "Rainbow Dash's Theme" by MandoPony.
8. What character derivative do you like the most?
Not sure what you mean by "derivative." But if I had to guess what you meant, I'd say a "Smart" Rainbow Dash. Not "Twilight Smart", but smarter than she lets on... Yanno, someone should write a story about that. ;)
9. What's your least favorite derivative?
Homosexual shipping.
10. Favorite season?
I don't have one, they're both epic and awesome.
11. If a tree falls on Fluttershy in the forest and nopony is around to see/hear it, is it a ship?

Seriously? I don't think I could do that, even before I was into FIM. I prefer my tasty meat to have come from stupid, stupid animals like cows and pigs and chickens and fish. Still, not saying I wouldn't if I was hungry, just sayin' so long as there's options I'm takin' the one that doesn't involve eating a useful animal.

I was 'abroad' and never tried it before. It was very very good. But yea, while horses aren't that smart, they're certainly a significant part of human culture so I don't think I'll partake in it again.

Probably could throw a line or two in about how griffin wings would taste with some atomic level spicy sauce. Downside, predators universally taste awful. Upside, GIANT CHICKEN WINGS.
I kind of want to write up something about this now (and get a big order of steak and chicken wings). HiE fics often gloss over the fact that humans kind of need to eat meat (since I doubt anyone's manufacturing B12 supplements in Equestria). Some poor marefriend of an human has to cook fish. Celestia is my favorite pony overall. Luna comes in a close second. Yes, I like the princesses over the mane 6.

In my headcanon, there are unintelligent animals up north in Griffon country, which happens to be the lands the ponies fled when climate change forced them south. Again, headcanon of mine is that only the local animals of Equestria contain the rudimentary sapience we've seen on the show, due to higher local magic levels doin' something to 'em. Outside... Well, moose tastes good, I hear.

Have to say, Celestia was my favorite when everyone was going gaga over Luna... Then Luna in season 2 went totally effin' Metal, and I have to give props to the Metal Princess of the Night. \m/
