    Mother of God, pt. II

This post isn't just about le art, but first things first:

You guys remember how Wisp's cutie mark was kind of technically definitely stolen? Well, no more. Finally, at long last, it has happened:

    Kinda big news (rewriting)

So last night I spent a good several hours talking with a couple friends about Fireflank. At first it was about a few important things I might change about the story at large (and most particularly my concerns that I may allow Wisp to come off as "too" talented magically), but as things progressed and more input was given, I became convinced that it would indeed be in my best interests to go over

Surprise Mk. II · 9:59pm Jun 26th, 2014

Surprise again! Another update.

After two days.

I wrote chapter 4 in 1.5 days, with less than 12 hours of total work. And I think it's the best chapter yet.

How did I do this? Hell if I know. I just hope you guys like it.

Maybe I just needed to hit my stride, as far as narrative structure. Some combo of that and finally being in a scene/chapter where I have very clear ideas of what I want to do. *shrug*

I certainly don't expect the current trend of, what, two updates a week to continue. But if I don't screw up and/or burn myself out, i should be able to keep up at least a largely regular schedule, I think. I hope. :twistnerd:
