This game is nothing but jump-scares, and how fucking tense you get in-between them, trying to figure out when and where the next one will come from.
I thought I finally had it figured. Thought I could flawlessly hide every time from the game's impressive AI.
Not 30 seconds later after testing this theory was I ripped from my chosen hiding spot and tossed to the ground, forced to run away like Fluttershy on Nightmare Night.

You can easily tell why my hands sweat and my heart pounds during this game.
I'm going to be out of the apartment most of the day tomorrow, for the bed bug treatment. I'll still have my laptop with me, so will get plenty of writing done. Sorry guys, I know it's been longer than normal on the Reparation updates. I hope to have most, if not all of the next chapter done tomorrow.
I think the mental image of anyone playing Outlast is consolation enough.
