Royal Blue - New Cover Pic

I've gotten into drawing ponies vectoring them, lately. My first vector involved Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon as music producers. Then, a couple weeks later, this came to mind.

So, I decided to use it as a cover pic for Royal Blue.

So, what do y'all think? Not too bad, eh?

It's certainly cuter than anything I've drawn.

Using slightly thinner lines and making the ends taper to a point like where the legs blend into the body could help you be a little closer to the show art.

I'm assuming you want criticism on your work. Of course, to think that, one might be considered pompous, egotistical and an ass, but whatever.

For starters, Diamond Tiara's legs are too short. It would make her look a lot better if you slightly adjusted the height on them. Also, Diamond's flank is a bit too square. You might want to round it out a bit. Royal Blue's vector looks fantastic except for two things: The muzzle and the tongue. I know you want Royal to look happy, but the tongue is shaped strangely. It would look better if you removed it. The other problem that Royal has is something that she shares with Diamond Tiara, and that is the shape of her muzzle. It's too flat on her face, and needs to be rounded out a bit, as well as needs a bit of inflation so it sticks out a bit better.

But, uh, that's just my opinion. Otherwise, these vectors are absolutely fantastic.
