Shitting rainbow rocks

So, basically, I just got done watching a handful of of those Rainbow Rocks:Equestria Girls (or whatever the fuck it's called) for the first time today. I mainly avoided them because I didn't want them to spoil the movie for me like I did with the last one. Despite the fact that I didn't really like Equestria Girls as much as I wanted to, I think I probably would have enjoyed it a lot better if I hadn't watch all those damn spoilers (no shit). Though, I do feel confident that the added mix of dubstep and rock is going to be pretty badass.

So that's it about Equestria Girls, I'm going to talk about what's up ahead for my fanfic and other shit and projects I have plans for, and how I'm going to accomplish all of them.

First, I am defiantely changing the name to my fanfic from Go fast, Go far, Live large: Vulnerable to just the title Vulnerable. In the beginning, I wanted to call it Go fast, Go far, Live large as an effort to catch more attention, but....well, when I tell people the title of my fanfic, I just feel stupid.

Second, the cover for my fanfic is goign to be changed as well. I been trying to vector the image i have uploaded now, but my vectoring sucks ass and I really don't want to fuck it up by trying to color it myself. So, I'm just going to use a more basic thumnail picture until I feel like my skills are...ehh what's a good word? Up to par?

Third, I am working on the next chapter right now. I really want to finish it this weekend, but a lot of shit fell on my plate and I might not, I repeat, might not be able to deliver. I'll probably end up stayign up late to work and finish it, but i need it grammar and spell checked and there's just no telling when that will be done. Expect the chapter this weekend, but if some reason it's not up there, this blog is here to explain it.

Fourth, I am working on another fic, a clopfic rather. I feel obligated to talk about this. It's a scene that's more of a side story to my main fic right now: Vulnerable, but it's just not important enough to really be included. The interesting thing about this side fic though, I tend to take my character building very far, as far as to even change my whole persona just to get into character and put myself in certain situations. For my main OC, Nimbus, it's pretty easy since he's basically a ponysona of myself.

The problem is though, I don't have wings or hooves, and I really try to elaborate on the pegasus anatomy as much as I can in my story. In an effort to put myself in a more....realistic situation as if I were Nimbus, I started doing this ting called "hallucidreaming". It's where you write down everything you can remember from your previous dream down in a notebook, and eventually, you'll be able to control what kind of dreams you have. I am happy to say that I got to that level of this practice, and the results were phenomenal! I was actually able to imagine myself as Nimbus in my own dream.

Just like my fic, in my dream, I'm best friends with Rainbow Dash. I was able to elaborate so much more on our interactions. I could literally feel, smell, hear, and see (and probably taste if I had tried) everything that was going on around me. As mine and Rainbow Dash's interaction carried on, things got a little weird. Like, I got inspired to write a first person clopfic about my experience with Rainbow Dash kind of weird...

So, yeah, little fun facts for me to share with you today. I'm still doing the dreaming thing and I'm loving it. I'm fully capable to put myself as Nimbus in my dreams and put myself in situations. It's awesome. I do plan on submitting the chapters more frequently in the middle of June time period. I'll have a lot of free days to write and I really hope to knock this first part of my fic and get started on the climatic and juicy second part. I really do have big hopes for the second part. Like I mentioned before in my last blog, it'll take a bit more of a darker approach and a lot more intensity in it, but the story still be the same.
