Click the link so see higher res images of these pics. She's worth it! My Tumblr might break your brain though. So be careful.
My best friend.
My best friend. The girl I love more than anything.
Funny story, in the last picture, she FARTED just before I snapped the photo. She is covering her nose because she doesn't like her own brand.
My miniature old English pocket beagle.
And yeah, this is me, in bed. I was hurting pretty bad, and my beagle was trying to make me feel better.
Friends are like a trampoline.
I always wanted a trampoline
Adorable dog!
Cute dog, but I prefer small, small rodents.

Funny, so does she!
This may be edging on the too peronal, but I am curious as to your condition. You mention being in pain now and then (physical pain, I gather), and have once mentioned 'phantom pain', which seems to imply a limb or appendage having been amputated.
Whether or not you wish to tell me, I leave that up to you. But know that I am thinking of you and hoping that things get better, kay?

I had my left leg internally severed. Only the skin was left holding it on. It had to be attached, and it was done so badly. I still have my food, but I can feel pain outside and under my food, in a place I cannot reach. I am paralysed from the knee down. It feels like my foot is being held over a fire sometimes. Everything was rebuilt with metal. Bad metal too. It creaks and pops and the cold makes it hurt like crazy.
In that same accident, I had the C5 and C6 discs in my neck ruptured, and they ruptured inwards into my spine. Did damage. Right arm is partially paralysed, I lost more than 50% function. Also hampers my breathing and other functions.
I have extensive neurological damage and neuroplegia in my left leg. I have a prosthetic that I have to wear if I want to walk. I also lost a few inches of leg length.
And that was from one accident. I've had many. Too many compound fractures to count.
And I don't take pain killers. Most of the time. I just sort of deal with it.
2119828 Dude...that's even worse than I was expecting! Seeing as your injuries no doubt keep you from doing much physically, that largely explains the multitudinous output of writing you post here. Must be a bugger for you to type, too, with limited functioning of one arm. Do you offset some of the strain with dictation software?

No.
I work for it.
Which is why I suppose I get a bit touchy when people make bad criticisms of what I do.
I write on a Chromebook. I like it. Perfect typewriter.
2119925 Well good on ya, working hard for your writing.
I understand getting upset about having something you literally slaved over get bashed. I know the feeling, and it wounds you. That being said, people have the right to either agree or disagree with what you have written, as I'm sure you are well aware...but those expressing their dissatisfaction would do well to use tact and couch their words in a gentle manner, so as to lessen the blow.
Awww, she's so sweet!
I'm adopting a cat today. Yay for pets :D
