So, it's been a bit since my last update... · 4:18am Apr 28th, 2014
Alright so it's been a few months since my last update for Midnight Star: The Frozen Empire. As I said in the edit of my last blog, I'm trying to finish the first draft of the rest of the chapters before I start posting them. Good news is I'm nearly done. Bad news is I'm not done yet. It won't be long now though. The last couple chapters are practically written already so I'm just finishing up the parts leading up to that.
As for After Midnight, I haven't forgotten about it either and I've been working on the next chapter whenever I'm too tired of The Frozen Empire to work on it. And once I finish The Frozen Empire, After Midnight will definitely have priority. The next chapter in After Midnight focused mostly on Kira and Destiny's search and introduces one more character into the cast. It will also be introducing a little more of my own head-canon concerning the Nocturne.
In addition to both these stories however, there is a new one in the works. An Idea that just won't get out of my head and is at least partially to blame for the delays on my other stories. It is completely separate from the Midnight Star multiverse though there are a few similarities. As I said though it's an idea that just won't get out of my head until I write it so once I finish The Frozen Empire, I will probably begin working on it at least part time.
So that's my current progress report. I'm going to really try to wrap up The Frozen Empire in the next week or two, once I do, I will be releasing the chapters at least once a week, though the last chapter and epilogue will be released together along with a special bonus. A preview chapter of what will be the final story in the main Midnight Star series; Midnight Star and the Father of Light.
