As a writer you always have an image of whats happening and how things look in your head. Even if you miss just one little crucial description, the reader will not see it how you intended.
Nope, this is how i've been envisioning Rapidfire the whole time i've been writing him, it's about time i let my readers know (two stories and 14 chapters later

i'm actually quite a workout junkie, i hit the gym hard five days a week
I was an athlete for 15 years from kindergarten all through college (through which i played hockey, basketball, football, and ran track) So it's hard for me not to lift heavy things and put them back down often
, it's helped in my writing with some of the finer descriptions of working out and nutrition that i've used more than once in this story. 
(I also have a thing for athletic women
hence why Dash is my favorite of the mane six)
