I like writing ponies. And violent explosions. For some reason, that's not a problem here.

For the love of God, SOPA 2014!? What!? Have we not made it clear this is not something we want!?

Yes, yes we have. You know what this is? This is evidence of corporate interests right here. They're just gonna keep trying until it passes, regardless of what we want? So y'know what, here's a list of SOPA supporters in congress by state:

Right here. These fools right here.

If these congressmen are going to support private interests over their own people's, I say they don't deserve their position. Let's make one thing clear to these jerks: supporting SOPA despite the will of your own people is bad for your career. Show them your displeasure when election time comes around, people. Maybe they'll finally get the point then.

We, the pirates of the internet, once born in a virgin chaos of it, are fully supporting and encouraging you actions, in order to preserve our one and only abode from grabby hands of word's main political powers. (does it make you feel a little better?)

Sincerely, your anonymous. :rainbowwild:

Well, you know what they say about tenacity. If at first you do not succeed... :ajbemused:

The story of World of Tanks: Pub Hell.

WoT fans will know what I'm talking about. :rainbowlaugh:

Any congressman who passes this probably won't get re-elected. I get that SOPA intends to end piracy, but it goes too far. Already, people are forced to cease and desist with things like Trainsformers and Button Mash; do we want all of Youtube, Gamestop, and all our networks shut down!?!

P.S. Does anyone know of a petition to stop this act?

that ended like a week ago

and where still here

1988475 I'm keeping this up for when SOPA 2015 pops up.

1988478 Thanks for the info.

Also, please don't say that! Don't jinx us!

1988488 What? It's gonna happen, it's obvious at this point these greedy bastards aren't going to give up unless we MAKE them!

Alright, I guess. I say, fight 'em, and fight 'em til they realize we, the people, don't want what they're selling and won't stand for it!

1988522 Then vote the people on this list out!

This SOPA shit is has far less to do with "corporate interests" than it does with a small handful of political interest groups trying to court the entertainment industry for votes and fiscal support. This sort of inanity wouldn't fly without the support of a few, unpopular politicians struggling for votes and relevance. The overwhelming majority of the US, even the majority of it's legislative and judicial branches, have made it abundantly clear that they don't want this sort of thing. I wouldn't worry too much about this. It's going to die on the vine.
