So the Ifrendare arc went on for way too fucking long. I had intended those three chapters to take up no more then 9000 words yet there we have it, that thing grew like a weed. It was supposed to just be a short adventure that tied everyone over until I could get the timeline to chug along until the tournament kicked off.
It isn't a total loss as I did manage to get something out of it that adds to future chapters but Jesus Christ Almighty, never again, that was exhausting and not at all fun to write, which is primarily why it took so long.
Once more I apologize if you didn't find it enjoyable, but at least its over and we can get back into the swing of things. I was thinking of adding another brief adventure before the tournament, but I feel it'd be better if I just did a chapter focusing on the consequences of Handy's actions and then just moved on to the tournament. At least that won't get out of hand and could be good for a few laughs.
Well, I liked it, so no worries there.
I do want to see how the tournament goes though...
