Happy Christmas to one and all and I AM working on it. The next chapter is almost done and will be well over 10k words like a proper Bad Mondays chapter, I also have a few surprises lined up that I can't go into. I had a good Christmas myself and much Turkey was consumed, I got a new Jacket, I MIGHT have a new job a year from now. We'll see, I sat a fucking exam and everything. It went well, or so I keep telling myself. And yes this is a Christmas blog, its still the twelve days of Christmas, fuck you, it counts.
Anyway, to provide you guys with SOMETHING have this image I drew the other day with a burst of discipline I had going. Dedicated to the game Cult of the Lamb which should be coming out next year (provided it doesn't get Development Hell'd like Silksong and Hytale. WHEN SILKSONG TEAM CHERRY!?).
Its also dedicated to that one time I accidentally joined a cult IRL for a week a few years back but we don't need to go into detail about that.

I'm gonna be honest with you. After 3 and half years of watching you promise updates, i'm not optimistic for any update. Still, i cheer you on and wish you late merry christmas and happy new year. Let us hope that the 2022 will be the golden year.
Dude the reason cults are so sinister is because of just how easy it is to accidently end up in one, their whole goal is to make it seem like they aren't a cult.
Then once you're in for a while it's always harder to get out then it was to get in, that's when the blood sacrifices and worshipping dale gribble as their lord and Savior happen.

Yeah I can't blame you for feeling that way, especially after so long. But, as a show of good faith and to prove I am not entirely bullshitting you, here's a screencap of the state of the next chapter.

And that has only been slowed because I have decided to take care of some other things that are part of the additional surprises that affect this chapter. I'll be uploading them at the same time, because so many people will be lost they'd be rereading the last arc at least to get caught up, so I'll outline what exactly I've been doing once I upload it.

I'll confess it wasn't a typical cult in the religious sense, but I call it a cult because it sure as hell felt like a cult (and not the cool kind I am used to) and because in retrospect it used the exact sort of peer pressure cult tactics used to indoctrinate new guys into the mindset. Almost like it was going by a playbook.

I'll be honest, the threat of it doesn't inspire me to get the work done as much as the need to get it done as a means of apologizing to the readerbase for the fact it exists.
While it was admittedly rather annoying to wait for so long I honestly prefer waiting over you going dark and fucking off to who knows where like so many others. Thanks for actually sticking around and saying something once in awhile over the years.
It's been so long I had actually forgotten about this story.
