Good, this seems to work, let’s get to it!
1 Year. *Pause for dramatic effect*
1 Year ago Contact was published with its first two chapters. Nervously I looked at it every few seconds, watching every reaction, curiously what other people would think of my story.
And then the cycle continued every time a new chapter got uploaded, for a whole year now.
I would like every single one of you for reading this story and bearing with it, especially those who are here since the start. It has been such a long time that made me realize how slow and lazy I actually am when I look at the time I have needed to write a chapter.
And a lot has changed since the first update as well. This was the first time ever that I wrote something that was not an assignment for school. I think that I have learned a lot from it, especially from the feedback I have received.
But that is not the only thing that has changed. As you all know this story is no longer written by me alone, but now has a co-author. JBL, this guy has changed the story much to its better, helping me not only with improving technical quality of the story, but also by adding in new interesting elements to it, as you have seen especially in the last two chapters that he has written by himself as I was incapacitated to write anything myself during this time.
We have much planned with this story and hope that you will be sticking with us a while longer.
Praises are not over! I while ago JBL has made another great asset to this story, and that was by finding a very talented proofreader, who goes by the name of Tofty. A man who takes the time to make this story more pleasant to read. I hope you are all very satisfied with the result of his works, because I sure as hell know that I am.
So, and now let’s talk about one of the other changes that hit today. As you may have noticed this story now has a cover picture. 
This great picture was made by this great guy Truekry, and was finished in time for the anniversary. And now all of you can enjoy it. Enjoy it!
