"To Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils" Review

While Pinkie Pie does have some really good episodes, Rarity has the best ones so far in season 4; and is the exact reason why she is the best character... Yeah! Fuck Fluttershy!

So Rarity helps Sweetie Belle with her show - which she wrote and directed - and Rarity just made the costumes. Once the audience only shows attention to the dresses, Sweetie Belle becomes angered, thinking Rarity only wants to steal her spotlight. She decides to ruin one of Rarity's head-wears so she would fail at the upcoming show with Sapphire Shore. Then Sweetie Belle gets a visit from Luna - who in which shows an awesome reference to the ghost of Christmas.

This episode is awesome for 3 reasons:
1) The acting was incredible (possibly Sweetie Belle's best performance) and Rarity was great. Every other character like Luna and Sapphire Shore were really cool and definitely got my attention. The only ponies I didn't care for was the other main 5, who were on screen for 2 seconds and then vanished, for the dumbest reason ever. Heck! Even the other 2 CMCs were there, and they were great.

2) The entire story-line and what's going on was very unique. The different dream worlds Sweetie Belle goes through with Luna was especially memorable. The whole thing with Sweetie seeing Rarity in the past, present and future worked like a charm. A very green one at that.

3) The whole sister to sister thing once again, was awesome. Fuck Applebloom/Applejack, fuck Scootaloo/Rainbow Dash. Sweetie Belles/Rarity is the best sister to sister combo. I simply loved this episode. It had dark themes to it while being a bit lighthearted.

So this episode was one of the best in season 4, and one of the best in the overall series. If you didn't like this episode, then you have no taste for a good show.

She's not that to me. I think she's cool in season 4.

[The Lunar Rebel]

It was a pretty awesome and intense episode. If Luna hadn't intervened, Rarity would probably never be the same again as it depicted in the futuristic visions. Somehow I knew this episode was sort of referenced to "A Christmas Carol".
