For the past few months I have had an idea jostling around in my head. I have finally started to jot these ideas down and hope to get back into writting shortly. It is a lot harder than I remembered. In about 4 days I have typed about 500 words.
That. Is. Terrible.
At least for me. There was a time (a few years back) when I could write a rough draft of an entire chapter in about a day. Granted, that was a different story (and not a very good one). The point is, I know can write. I just have to sit down and do it. I guess that is the only reason why I'm updating this blog. Not because I feel anyone will read it, but as a reminder to myself of my potential. If I expect to improve as a writer, then I must write.
My goal is not to be well known, or be the best. If only one person likes my story, then I will be content. They don't need to comment, or up-vote it, or anything like that. They do not even need to let me know that they like it in any way. Just so long as one person finds the story entertaining, and does not feel like I wasted their time, then I will feel like I have succeeded.
It might be some time before the first chapter is uploaded, but I will get it done (hopefully).
