Wow. I've missed you guys. Like, a lot. What a fucking week I've had (not difficult, just busy), and I'm ready to get saddled up again. This girl... obsessed might be a strong word, but we are pretty close. I don't think it's infatuation though. We've been friends for years, so we know each other extremely well. It's not like we just met or anything.
This girl came over to my house yesterday, and I'm not quite sure how everything didn't just... fall apart.
She told me one of her worst secrets at work (it's so bad, I actually won't say what it is), and when she came over I asked about it in my usual, Surry way. After spilling her heart out to me (we had been playing guitar and violin), I finally told her everything.
Everything.
Sorry for all these stupid updates, but this is my first one today so I don't think anyone can really complain. My buddy has already read through 90% of it and said it's pretty damn good, and he's gonna try to give me his edits in the morning. So, here's hoping the site doesn't crash like last friday, which totally ruined everything!

Maybe I'm slow, but I just realized that being a pre-reader and an editor means that you get to read the story early. Now I really wish I was an editor.
1903040 Possibly the one drawback is you see way more flaws that way, and usually he sees it only in small chunks at a time, when some of the story can really only be appreciated if you read through the whole chapter in one sitting
