The only story of mine that was ever featured. It was only for about half a day but it was in fact featured. Now the story is just sitting there because of a mix of new ideas and criticism both good and bad. So to end my rambling, I am thinking of doing a complete rewrite and changing where the story was headed.
Things that will stay the same
- Rainbow will still be Celestia's Daughter
- It will still be a Twidash Story
- Gilda will still be a part of the story
- Gilda's dad is still a prick
- Rarity and Fluttershy are still having a secret thing in the background
Things that might change
- Twilight might be an Alicorn
- Gilda will play a different key role in the story
- Celestia's condition might not be as bad
- The story will remain light and happy without the crazy sadness that made its way into it due to me being depressed at the time of writing it.
- There will still be rough patches and hardships to push past for the characters, but the sad tag is being removed.
-Other things that are too numerous to mention on my schedule.
So, I'm just looking for your thoughts on this.
I cant wait!

While I thought is was somewhat ok as it was, this rewrite plan sounds like a good idea. I wish you luck.
It was good before, but rewrites can only bring great things, especially from you.

I thought it was a great story
I understand rainbow wanting to make celestia proud and all,but she seemed IMO way to quick to just give up her life without a fight
All in all though,good story that I've been wanting to see more of, though I think a rewrite will do it good,especially due to the fact that you haven't done anything with it in a while and stories that sit too long tend to have quality differences between old and new chapters
But anyway can't wait for more and hope to see some soon
If you need to write the story for your own sake, so you can continue, I'm all for it. As long as none of the quality is lost.
So is that rewrite going to happen or is the story staying canceled?

3012513 The story is dead and staying that way. I tried too many times to do something with it and it turned out the same way every time. The 'ending' was posted for it ages ago and the story is staying as it is. This 'rewrite' was in the middle of being done when more crap happened to make me toss the story away. Im pretty sure I said something about it in a previous blog thats not a year old.
