[Reversal of Fortune] Ryan's SPECIAL

Because I'm sure you've all be dying to know. (<--Sarcasm.)

These reflect his stats before going into Equestria. I'm not using the same exact system New Vegas is using, namely the "SPECIAL Training" perk that you can get 10 times. Instead, these stats are more realistic: they can be increased through gaining experience walking the wastes. The best example of this is how Ryan's Intelligence is at 10 because of all the reading he did, plus an already high Perception in the first place. In my book, Perception isn't just for finding enemies quicker, it's also for deducing information faster and in less steps, like he demonstrated when he landed in Equestria.

Obviously you can't get 10+ Luck, but that's the fun in it.
