So, after much careful thought, and taking responses into account, I have finally decided what to do concerning the next story arc of Pages of Harmony...
There will be an Epilogue to the original fic, and the saga will continue with a new story that continues the arc.
Good points were raised from both sides, but I feel the point has to go to Kaiden for this, as he pointed out that the mass torture-fic-aspect of Pages of Harmony is over, and now we're getting into the meat of Twilight's overall goal.
Yes, this does mean it will focus far more on character interaction and world-building because, well, the necessary gore aspect of the plot is over for the most part. Whether or not the rating will be Teen or Mature I have yet to decide on, though it may be Teen with a Gore tag—there may be a bit of punishment involved.
In truth, Pages of Harmony as a whole ended up being far bigger than I had initially anticipated, going from an initial idea that was going to be a one-shot, to about 9 chapters, to a grand story that will encompass two stories for sure and possibly three (based on the way I'm considering things, I think it will be at least a trilogy). It started out as—to quote L from Death Note—"little more than an experiment", of if I could write intense torture horror well. Now that I've planned out the larger storyline, the dawn of a new era will soon begin.
Whose perspective will the Epilogue be in? I'll think of it soon but won't spoil. What will the name of the next fic in the Pages of Harmony series be? Haven't entirely decided. Should it have the Pages of Harmony title attached to it (i.e. Pages of Harmony 2: Cleansing)? Maybe. But as Celestia says, "There will be time for all of that later".
So, expect an Epilogue... and then the next portion of the epic begins.
I say that the sequel should not be called Pages of Harmony. That really only applied here where Twilight was actually writing a book, in her super, planet conquerer form, there's no need for the Pages of Harmony title. Perhaps Queen of Harmony? Would make for some good irony if Twilight fights an actual embodiment of harmony who chews her out on that.

As for the title, well, since Twilight now has all the 'Pages of Harmony' she needs, perhaps there could be a reference to her expanding her 'Pages of Harmony' into entire books (e.g. 'Grimoires of Harmony', 'Tomes of Harmony', etc.)?
Then again, that's just a random idea of mine, so perhaps not. *shrug*

1579016 Good point—having it at least be a "X of Harmony" thing will allow the Harmonyverse to have a consistant titular theme that makes sense considering Twilight's goal.
Also, you come up with awesome dialogie things, though I must admit when I read the "you lie to yourself" part, I just thought of what the Archdeacon from The Hunchback of Notre Dame sang in The Bells of Notre Dame.
1579159 As stated above, I like the "X of Harmony" theme of titles, now I just have to properly decidde what the X is... Grimiores could work because it's expanding her knowledge, but Queen or Empress could also work because, well, she is the Empress of Harmony.
