As some of you may have noticed, I'm slowly getting back to writing... which is good, since I've been stuck in bed for the last week o0
Anyway, some of you asked for this, so here's a quick pencil and pen sketch for you (please don't comment on how bad it looks, it's only a five minute sketch...) I'll probably get around to doing it more decently now that I have the basic sketch and some time on my hands.
So, good to be back and thank you for all of your wishes for better health ^^
By the way, did you know I have a fanclub now? Good old Mr101 (Go check him out if you haven't already!) made it for me and I almost fell off my chair when I saw it! Now all I need is fanfiction on my fiction and I can die a happy death ;D
Also, I'll be starting to look for proofreaders for some of my stories soon (though probably all of them would be better ;P), so anyone interested should keep a look out for those.
Thanks for enduring the lack of updates, hope to get more out soon.
Love you all,
Gnoll.
PS: I'm thinking about making a graphic novel in the future... would anyone be interested in something like that or would you rather have me write a steamy clop fic?
I like the pic. I kind of want to try my hand at coloring it, if I had the time...
In this blog's picture: Woodchuck's maximum 'nope' levels have been achieved
I'd rather have the graphic novel, to be honest. Let's see a variation of your skills in action.
Yes Epic picture, dam Woodchuck looks scary!
The picture made me laugh again, seriously, every time I think about it I just laugh harder.
Also, I'd be happy to pre-read for ya. Do you have Skype at all? Makes these things easier.
Also, I vote novel. Your art is amazing.
Graphic Novel.
Hah! The scene was funny in the story, and the picture just makes it even better. Welcome back, dood.
As for the choices....hmmmm......I wanna say both, but assuming that's not an option, I guess go with whichever you think you'd enjoy writing more? Either way it's a pretty solid deviation from anything you've posted so far, and with how good all your other stories have been, I'm sure whichever you choose won't disappoint. But since you took the time to ask for an actual answer, and I'd be happy with either one, I'll let the dice decide for me.....
And the dice rolled a 55. Apparently they're in the mood for some steamy sex scenes.
Graphic novel sounds right, I would love to see more of your art
Also, Woodchuck wooooooooo! You go man!
I actually like that sketch. The looseness of the linework lends itself to the action. Sure Celly's
forelegs could use a bit of work but I think it's great as-is - especially for a 5 minute sketch. Though I imagined it different in the story. I saw Celly backing up with wide eyes as this 'bearotuar' jabbed at her with a broom. Shocked instead of worried. As to the question ... uh. Ponies? That's what I would say. A graphic novel (I'm calling it a comic because it's easier to spell) would take a great deal more work what with the art. You'd have to draw and write, essentially. Art would cut down on some of the 'write' but not by much. It's really up to you, man. I don't know as I would follow a serialized comic production but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be done.
Hmm, I've imagined Woodchuck to be a man with an almost unhealthy layer of fat and a lot of muscle.
ps. I do proofreading for "Steve_is_mad" and "little big pony", but when I read your stories, I generally don't see more than a few, if not no errors. So I probably wouldn't do you any good in that department.
I really like your sketch.
The poses are great but I do wonder if Celly misses her wings or am I just blind.
Also, Graphic novel sounds more interesting than the clopfic.
1510526 yeah, I just noticed they're missing ^^
LOL AT THAT PIC IT IS SO FUNNEH
And yes, I would love to proofread 'diary store clerk' for you.
I will maek it so sexehI would gladly proofread for you. I used to do that in secondary school. In any case, I can't help make a graphic novel for you, but, I can TRY (with great emphasis) to animate something up in Source Filmmaker.
