So, interesting experience today. I'd like to think I know how to handle dealing with vitamins and supplements. I do my research, I check safe doses, antagonists, read warnings.

Aah, Red Dwarf. Great series.
And yeah, a lot of the villains in this show are ones that would honestly tax "adult" series to cope with. I suppose the rule isn't "nothing scary" so much as it is "Monsters lose." I think Terry Pratchett wrote something about that.
