    The Little Strand That Crosses

The last four years seem like such a blur now, don't they? There was a brief glimpse of clarity in 2020 and then our consciousness was jerked clear into the in-between—disconnected from the gift of life but clearly still present on this side of the page. Will that change? Yes, but maybe not. The rain doesn't stop but sometimes we don't mind being wet. Let's talk about it.

    Yearly Birthday Update?

Well, it's somewhat of a tradition to pop up once a year to proclaim I'm not dead and give an update now, right? Well let's do it then.

It Begins.... And other exciting things · 2:16pm Oct 6th, 2013

Me when I saw this:

This seemed like the unobtainable when I started writing here more than half a year ago, and even more so when I created my account. But I've finally made it, and it is awesome as fuck. I would have never expected to go from the tiny accomplishment of 600 storyviews to almost hitting 10,000. I am very thankful to everyone who decided to follow me, and all those reading as well.

There were a couple of hiccups with some moralfriends, but I've learned my lesson and know how to take care of it. I'll be riding fimfiction's slimy underworld for the whole trip, so immorality in fics will probably not be going anywhere, and that's just the way I like it.

Speaking of immorality, the sequel to It's Always the Quiet Ones is finally out for all you sick fucks that wanted it. If you haven't checked it out yet, get after it. I'd love to hear what you thought of it. I hope you have as much fun reading it as I did writing it. :pinkiehappy:

Now, for some news that isn't clop-related. Most of you probably have not noticed yet, but What We've Lost has been axed from my stories. Now for even worse news, it isn't coming back. But don't fret just yet. This decision has been made because after I had read back through it, I decided that it wasn't at all what I wanted that story to be. I realized that the scale I wanted the fic to be on was not on the same level that my writing ability was back then. So in light of this, I have decided to start from scratch with a brand new story with the same setting, but I'll be changing almost everything else. So those of you who liked What We've Lost, keep an eye out for a new Post-Apocolyptic story from me.

As for my givebacks... Give me some time to get everything sorted out. I do all my own planning, writing, and editing, and most of it not even well, but it is a slow process. So give me a little time, and I'll try to give you something enjoyable.

Out.

It won't be this time around, no. But that does give me the idea for a CYOA adventure with it. I'll write that one down.

1399658 ok... also a what now?:rainbowhuh:

Choose your own adventure. Sort of a comment driven story, that usually works better in second person, since it actually is the reader's decision.

1399664 oh yea i know those:pinkiehappy: cool i cant wait:yay:

Don't worry, it'll come back. Just a little different this time.
