The Five Score Ban And Me

Short version?

I'm a bit pissed, but I understand both sides in this.

And I'm not giving up.

Now, the details.

I'm not even going to bother with the unpublished version on the site for a long, long while. If they want to read an entire book when it's done, then the mods may do so.

I have heard the thing about the officially unofficial addendum about decent length and having the fic "actually have something to do with MLP..." Conditions I feel my fic actually for-fills, but I'm feeling petty and think I'm going to wait until I have all ten so far written chapters formated and fixed before I try.

Instead, I am going to switch to using Google docs and blog-posts like this for updates. This way, I can continue writing, get some feedback and not have to worry until the story is done.

It is suboptimal, but it will give anybody that wants to follow my little writing experiment a way to keep up with updates without me having to Spam the 5S/4 forum every-time.

And on that subject I also mentioned I intended to try a update schedule, but without even the chance of the future box I have instead decided on a "When its done" schedule. I am a bit disappointed, both in that and myself... But it might be for the best, anyway.

I intend to "publish" the first fixed chapter later today in its own blog-post to keep any criticism and feedback contained on a chapter basis.

Later, I intend to do the same for the other chapters as I fix them. But I also intend to keep it to a maximum of one chapter per day, as to not spam and let people actually mull things over a bit.

Oh, and for the record I had hopped for my first use of the blog function to be on a more joyous note... But C'est la vie.
