Now and Henceforth: The PLAN · 2:49am Sep 13th, 2013
Greetings comrades,
As a new school year gets fully under way, I feel compelled to share my most lamentable situation with you all. Currently, I am looking at a pretty packed schedule, and by packed, I mean making a sardine can look like the freaking palace of Versaille. Unfortunately, this means that my writing time will inevitably go the way of the Siberian tiger, not so much completely extinct, but very much close to it.
So here's what's going to happen.
In the time I do have, I will continue to write. The Journey will progress, and I will continue to keep adding installments as they come. Given the short story subjects that I'm currently working with, I expect to come out with a new installment every three weeks or so, the next one being slated for release on September 14th.
I know this isn't ideal, but it's really all I can afford at the moment. As always, thank you so much to those who read and follow along with Graves in his travels. You guys keep me going because you are all just plain awesome.
Sincerely,
GentlemanJ
P.S. It's come to my attention that some have been speculating as to the nature of the good marshal's first name. I want to set the record straight by saying that, well... he doesn't really have one. Some ponies have two part names like Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash, but neither latter part counts as a surname (case in point, Shining Armor). There was never an established last name system in MLP: FIM and I did not decide to include one. Thus, Graves is the marshal's complete name, much like how his beauteous amore's full name is Rarity.
Mysteries still abound, but his name should no longer plague your dreams nor haunt your waking moments. You're welcome.
Hwy, man, do what you gotta do. School comes first so don't feel bad, and we'll still be here eagerly waiting when you get the time to post stuff.
Ah, Graves. I can finally rest in peace!
No, GentlemanJ, YOU are the awesome one. I'm just a substandard writer that follows your incredible works of art like a moth to a flame, and squeals like a fangirl at a Justin Bieber concert when they update. Good luck with school and stay golden good sir!
You gotta do what you gotta do. Good luck and try to avoid the common fate of sardines. I hear that canning is not a very pleasant process.
Hey J,
If you ever need anything, I'm still just an email or PM away.

We Gotchu. We can be patient folk if driven to it.
I know what you're feeling J. I just finially finished an essay because I was so busy and it's 1:00 in the morning. I'm sure we can all wait patiently as long as The Journey keeps coming eventually. You are awesome and we are all here for you, mate.
