Quick update · 9:56pm Jun 14th, 2013
Hey look, I updated! And from the looks of it, people are enjoying Louder Than Words. Not bad for a side project! And another fun thing: Thrown Abroad has reached 2,000 upvotes. That's a whole two thousands! And that's ter— I mean, awesome! Suncloak's story sure has gotten a long way, hasn't it?
About why this update was really late: I requested cover art from someone, but it's taking them longer than I thought, plus they haven't answered in a while... I wanted to start continuing the story proper with some nice art to go with it, but nine weeks was already way too long a wait. Future chapters will be a lot faster!
Eugh... Y'know, there's a lot of things I'd like to make blog posts on, from writing advice to moral and philosophical stuff, but it simply isn't coming out right lately. In three weeks, I'll have two months off, so I can do a lot of writing-related business in that time. Plus, I'm going to Bronycon, so I might even see some of you there! I tell ya, it's been a headache and a half to take care of everything, but the whole trip is almost completely prepared. I'm really looking forward to it, being my first big con and all.
So yeah, expect to see me a bit more active in the very near future. First up: finishing Louder Than Words! I hope I can get it done before Bronycon.
I'm glad you are updating again, I had held off on Louder Than Words because of the the time since the first chapter and didn't want to be disappointed with extended wait times. But now I will read happily, and am sure that I will enjoy it as much as your other works. I must add that you maintain an excellent level of quality throughout your stories and am glad you are part of this community.
Funny story about those upvotes...
I had decided to re-read it, and I noticed two chapters in that I had yet to upvote the dang thing. Mine was #1998.
Great, now you're making me look bad in not updating...
Good luck with your updates, though.
I am... somewhat alarmed that someone else knows of this reference.
Lex Luther stole forty cakes, anyone?
Ah well. Props to you for that, good sir. Also for the 2000 upvotes.
