Sugarcube corner is busted as hell. A card the has an ability similar to umezawa's jitte should only tap for colorless if anything at all. Text is kind of hard to read without zooming the entire web page btw.

The basic lands should be done in Unhinged fashion though. That would be 20% cooler.

Yea I'll guess you've never played with or against this card:
Umezawa's Jitte
This card broke constructed while it was legal, and sees play in legacy as the best anti-creature equipment ever. The card is only -1/-1 which is it's strongest effect while basically making it unblock able with the threat of +4/+4. In a controlling deck with plenty of mana that land would be bonkers good. I'd play it in my legacy lands deck if it didn't tap for mana at all. I just realized you made it tap, which tones it down a lot but is still excellent (I play a deck with 40 land so I like interesting land designs).

You have a lot of templating issues, and I think your 8-mana Planeswalkers except for Discord are very underpowered for their cost as the only legit 8-mana 'Walker is Nicol Bolas, who can gain 3 loyalty counters for blowing up another Planeswalker.
Chryssy and Tia should be 4 or 5 at most, though Tia should start at less than 6 Loyalty as having a 'Walker start with enough Loyalty to use their 'ultimate' ability makes them feel like glorified Sorceries at times. Chryssy is a good exception to this because her 'ultimate' feeds off synergy from her other abilities, but could probably do with starting lower anyways.
Luna feels very blue, and should probably cost 5. NMM and Sombra should be one or two cheaper as well, but I can't gauge their power quite as well. Also not crazy about Sombra's +1 being almost the same as Luna's +2.

I do really like Discord and Chryssy though. They make a lot of sense for their characters, and would work well as 'Walkers. I feel a sudden urge to build a really obnoxious B/W/U control deck that simply stops or kills anything the opponent tries.

Y'all have to see the original Unhinged lands to actually get an idea of what I'm talking about. When I first encountered them, I purchases box after box specifically for the lands, nothing else mattered to me.

Lots of land and several foils of them later......

Just like to say that golden oaks is really broken... Ever heard of a card called lava axe? You just created a card that could win a game in 5 turns.
