The Lunaverse-6 in D&D, Pt. 4: Cheerilee and Ditzy Doo · 5:02pm Jan 29th, 2013
Cheerilee has become the party rogue, thanks in no small part to Hero of Oaton. It suits her well, though, not the least of which because of all those tasty skill points. It's notable as well that Pathfinder's lack of half-rank cross-class skills again comes to the rescue for Cheerilee.
And last, but not least, Ditzy Doo. Of all the ponies, Ditzy was hardest to pin down. She's not really an "adventurer"-type, y'know? Yeah, she had mom-rage to protect Dinky in A Hard Bargain, but so would any mom, and it doesn't really inform her adventuring capabilities. So what is she? Well, I sat down and thought.
- She knows Ponyville and everypony in it like the back of her hoof.
- She knows all the shortcuts and passes through Ponyville.
- She's attentive to her surroundings, and though not very coordinated due to her strabismus, she's otherwise very perceptive.
Therefore, I reached my conclusion: Ditzy Doo is, if anything, an Urban Ranger.
Urban Ranger for Ditzy all the way.
So, will you next stat up Luna as an Epic-level pony princess?
Invisibility Trick: Where in the World is Carmen Poniego!?
I am now picturing Cheerilee, having locked herself out of her house on accident, rolling her eyes and getting out a box full of all these little tiny tools, none of which have any legal applications.

I've already statted out Luna, Celestia/Corona, and Cadance as outright gods, actually:
Luna
Celestia/Corona
Cadance
They're in 3.5 D&D and not Pathfinder, but converting forward only takes about ten minutes per character, and they can actually be run basically as-is in Pathfinder anyway.
Is there any other kind of scout or messenger class? The first thing that comes to mind for Ditzy is "courier." Did you ever consider, say, a rogue? If any of these skilsets do come into play at some point, it would be hilarious if she kept destroying the traps by accident.

Hah! Okay, what about Zecora? Or Spike?

Spike's a wyrmling Red dragon that just happens to be colored purple. Otherwise his stats are probably identical. Oh, except for the lack of wings.
Zecora...hmm...
I approve heartily of Ditzy as urban Ranger,.I wish PF had a decent scholar class for Cheerilee, though.
Hm... The early d20 version of Iron Kingdoms had an adventuring scholar prestige class. That's really more of a Daring Do thing, though.
Now that you've done this, I'm tempted to write up my own version using Don't Hate Your Friends.
You forgot to give Ditzy all-around vision.
It'd be kind of hilarious if Cheerilee didn't actually have any ranks in Profession(teacher). She's just been bluffing her way through her career in education.
Forgive me for my lack of Pathfinder knowledge (I'm a 3.5 man), but Ditzy's favored enemy is Magical Beast, which is what she is herself. I thought Rangers could only choose their own type as favored enemy if they are Evil.
Unless Pathfinder did away with that, I have my facts wrong, or you just Rule 0'd it.

I'd say that Pathfinder did away with it, but 3.5 also seems to have done away with it. I think it was a 3.0 specific thing.
