I saw the newest sequel to the Kung Fu Panda movie franchise and I loved it. J.B's still got it as Po, as does Hoffman as Shifu. Plus it was nice seeing old adversary's again.

Yeah. It was nice to see Tai Lung again, with Kai, and Lord Shen, alongside all the spirits of the other masters of Kung Fu. Kai was still active, even after Po "skadooshed" him in Kung Fu Panda 3? And all three of them parting on good terms, bowing to Po.
Though, I'm curious, was Master Porcupine one of them? It was a wasted opportunity that Master Oogway wasn't one of the spirits.

Yeah. In the individual movies Po tried peaceful means against his three enemies who looked like they were willing to only to decide to still be bad until their demise. Here however when all was said and done, they all gained a deep respect for Po.
Yeah would've been nice for Oogway to once again appear, but I guess his moment in movie 3 was his final needed appearance.

I haven’t seen the film for myself yet, but…I think the reason the Furious Five weren’t major players in the sequel was because the film team couldn’t find any way to fit them in aside from a small cameo. A lot of times, when you’re working with a large array of characters, you have to find ways to keep things evenly balanced and think about what they can do.
But, I always thought that the Furious Five had the potential for helming their own movie. Particularly Tigress, who’s easily worthy of being the protagonist of a new story.
Surprisingly I was hoping Tai Lung would stick around and become a full-fledged hero.
I just think he has the potential to turn his old life around

I think the reason why we didn’t see masters, like porcupine or Oogway, is because the Chameleon was only summoning evil kung fu masters.

Hi, I agree with you about Kung Fu Panda 4, but I was disappointed with the main villain of this film, or rather the way she was shown there despite her formidable strength and skills! But I have a plan to fix it, if I may say so. This film, or rather the villainess in it, inspired me to create a new villainess for your universe with the same name, appearance, abilities and skills, but a completely different goal, motivation and a much more sinister character and personality than the original from KFP4! And you will see it in my future story! The details are here!
I like this movie as well. I'm still hopeful that they were serious all those years ago and that they still intend to make six movies total. I hope the whole cast will return in 5 and/or 6 including Awkwafina.
I hope we see Zhen do well as the Dragon Warrior in the next movie(s).
I hope po and tigress will show more of their relationship in the next series or movies. I ship them as a couple.
